What if I don't have an ISP?

The client may choose to establish a separate contract with an ISP, or Cascade Web Designs can establish you with an ISP. We've obtained excellent service with Kendra.com for over six years.

How do I register a domain name?

Domain names can be registered through many different companies (known as "registrars") that compete with one another. You will find a list of accredited registrars at ICANN, or Cascade Web Designs can register you with a domain. A couple companies we have done business with and find reliable are: domains.us2.net and 123registration.com.

Do you volunteer your skills for non-profit organizations?

We offer special discounted rates to non-profit agencies located in the US and Canada. We reserve the right to request a copy of the organization's Articles of Incorporation to verify its non-profit status.

Does my website need custom graphics and photos?

Your website is a reflection of your business so it should be consistent with the look and feel of your business. We use custom graphics, photographs, and creative design techniques to give your website a unique and highly personalized look that compliments and enhances your company image.

Will you teach me how to maintain my web site?

For a small fee we will show you how to perform minor text updates and/or changes to images. However this will require the client to have access to specific software which we do not provide.
